Trainer friends, we are once again gathered for a new Pokémon Go Fest 2022. The opportunity for players from all over the world to meet for an event where we explain everything in detail.

With 150 million players worldwide, Pokémon Go has established itself since 2016 as one of the most popular mobile games of all time. Once again this year, Niantic and The Pokémon Company invite us to celebrate the success of trainers around the world with the Pokémon Go Fest 2022 edition.  We detail everything.

Pokémon Go Fest 2022

To begin with, it is necessary to take stock of the dates of Pokémon Go Fest 2022. The event will take place from Saturday 4 to Sunday 5 June from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be held all over the world,  three special events will take place in different locations during the summer. These are physical events which can be found in other cities:

• from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 July in Berlin
• Friday, July 22 to Sunday, July 24 in Seattle
• from Friday 5 August to Sunday 7 August in Sapporo, Japan

But that’s not all; from Saturday, June 4, players will be able to start the event and benefit from many bonuses. For players who wish, it will be possible to buy a ticket for the event, which will be available for € 13.99. Whether you buy the access, you will still be entitled to several benefits. For all players, Pikachu will appear with a new flower costume in one-star raids, and you will also be able to get 9 Raid passes for free. There will also be four habitats rotating every hour.

Of course, new Shiny Pokemon and some unique features such as Balignon Shiny or Escargaume Shiny. On the second day, The Fest will allow everyone to access a global challenge, i.e. a challenge in which all players participate. Trainers will also be able to compete against a new Pokémon in a five-star Raid for a slightly more full-bodied experience. Various additional bonuses can be obtained for players wishing to purchase the event ticket. There are particular searches, difficulty mode and game type choices, improved chances of finding a Shiny Pokmon using incense, access to the global challenge from day one.

Transfer Your, To Let’s Go Pokémon

To transfer your Pokémon to Switch, you’ll first need to link your  account to Pokémon Let’s Go. Start by heading to the Go Complex in Parmania in your Pokémon Let’s Go game. Once inside, talk to the man behind the counter at the back left to initiate the process. On your phone, turn on GPS and Bluetooth. Go back to Pokémon Let’s Go, go to the menus and select “link Pokémon Go account”. Do the same on your phone by selecting “connect to Nintendo Switch”, which can be found at the bottom of the app’s settings. Wait a few moments. If your phone is compatible, you should see the message “Do you want to link the account to Pokmon Let’s Go?”. Accept, and your accounts are now link in.

To transfer, select the Corresponding option by talking to the same NPC at the Go Complex. Do the same on your smartphone by tapping the Switch icon at the top right of your page displaying the Pokémon owned. Then choose the ones you want to transfer to the Switch, and do the transfer. For every Pokémon you send to Pokémun Let’s Go, you’ll receive a mystery box that will allow you to catch Meltan on Pokémun Go for 30 minutes. On Pokémun Let’s Go, you can capture transferred it by talking to the NPC and accessing the Park.
